⁵ The ^[a]thoughts of the ^(A)diligent lead surely to profit,
But everyone ^(B)who is hasty comes surely to poverty.
^6 (C)Working for treasures by a lying tongue
Is a fleeting breath, by those who pursue ^(D)death.
⁷ The destruction of the wicked will drag them away,
Because they ^(E)refuse to do justice.
